The General Maintenance Technician makes repairs to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, tube, and plumbing systems. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as assigned or otherwise required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of your zone, coordinate repairs with other staff and agencies to ensure compliance with local codes and guidelines, and inform your supervisor of any problems.
• Meet standards related to customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, productivity, innovation, staff development, and organizational climate.
• Make rounds and perform equipment checks as required.

Requirements/Qualifications
