Position Overview:

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs, including brakes, alignments, and more. We support your success through training and development in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform technician services such as inspections, diagnostics, and repairs including brakes, fluid exchanges, and tire services.
  2. Document all work accurately and communicate effectively with guests.
  3. Ensure safety standards are maintained and report safety issues immediately.
  4. Support teamwork to meet service times and quality standards.
  5. Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ASE Certification.
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
  • Experience with electrical systems, A/C, and fuel systems.
Position Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Dependability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, depending on location.
