Tmaxx Construction is looking to hire a full-time General Maintenance Technician to provide top-quality service to our clients through proper execution of general maintenance work, including carpentry, gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, and more. This is an hourly position based on experience.

• Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical skills.

General Accountabilities

Your Responsibilities as a General Maintenance Technician

Completing Maintenance & Repairs – You will perform small to large maintenance and repairs for residential work orders.

As an experienced technician, you should have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following areas:

• Carpentry work
• Floor installation and refurbishing
• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting, both inside and out
• Drywall work and repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical skills, where permitted by law
• Ordering parts, supplies, or equipment
• Performing general cleaning duties of buildings or properties
