Job summary

Plastic Molding Manufacturing (PMM) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Hudson, MA facility. This on-site role maintains plastic injection molding equipment, including robots, chillers, and hot running systems, with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic expertise is required. The position offers full-time/direct-hire employment with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior Plastic Injection Molding maintenance experience is required.
• Understanding of auxiliary, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, robots and machines.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on plastic injection molding machinery and equipment, including robots, chillers, thermolators and hot running systems.
• Troubleshoot and inspect mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance according to specifications.
• Safely using proper equipment to access jobs and install/remove parts.

Position: Maintenance Technician (Plastic Injection Molding)

Location: Hudson, MA (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair on all plastic injection molding machinery and equipment including robots, chillers, thermolators and hot running systems.
• Repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting all mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machines and robots according to specifications.
• Safely utilizing the proper equipment to access jobs to both remove and install parts.

Prior Plastic Injection Molding Maintenance Experience (required).

Understanding of auxiliary, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, robots and machines.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
