You will need 2+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the appropriate license/certification for the work in the city/state. The position is full-time with weekday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in skill areas (plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, machine servicing, etc.).
• Change light bulbs, install paper dispenser units, change filters, locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed tradesperson.
• Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts based on client requirements.
