Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to perform preventative maintenance and various tasks involving the physical plant to ensure a safe environment for guests. Responsibilities include basic electrical, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler maintenance, equipment repair, plumbing, painting, carpentry, pool maintenance, wall coverings, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least 3 months of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle safely; valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in various maintenance areas.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and fire system maintenance.
• Rekey locks, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain pools and spas.
• Install, repair, and replace lighting, tile, and other fixtures.
• Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
