1st Lake Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will handle electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, plus prepare apartments for new residents and respond promptly to service requests.

We value hands-on problem solving, reliability, and excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and basic tools are required; we offer a $750 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and your own basic tools.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems and identify repair solutions.
