Overview

We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician (Call Catcher) for assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected candidate will be the “first responder” to reactive service calls, responsible for assessing the situation, troubleshooting to find the root cause, and taking corrective actions to maintain continuous operations of the impacted equipment or system.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

** This is a 1st Shift position **

** This position has a pay rate of $19 - $24/hr **

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with client representatives and other trade technicians to address reactive maintenance issues and other requests that arise during the shift.
  2. Perform tasks such as unblocking toilets and floor drains, investigating roof, pipe, and other leaks, installing bladders, resetting tripped circuit breakers, troubleshooting and repairing water fountains, replacing ceiling tiles, light ballasts, etc.
  3. Manage work orders through the INFOR Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) by recording labor, materials used, and work descriptions promptly.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid Driver's License
  • 2-3+ years of general maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems
