Job Description

The General Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks assigned by the Facilities Operations Manager, including assisting with workload and supporting tasks within the Data Center.

Non-Critical Infrastructure Preventive Maintenance activities include:

• Door hardware repair/replacement
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Ceiling and Carpet tile replacement
• Vehicle maintenance (Skid steer, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Installation of various non-critical hardware (Signs, guardrails, shelves, etc.)
• Material movement
• Roll-up door and dock-lock repairs
• Replenish spill kit materials
• Basic infrastructure repairs
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education And Experience

• Previous experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
