Job summary

Allegiance Industries in Kansas is hiring a 1st Shift General Maintenance Tech for a manufacturing facility. The role involves performing routine upkeep, completing work orders, and supporting preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate has basic facility maintenance experience, is safety-minded, can follow instructions, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute, track, and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance including HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Wall patching and painting; drywall repair; caulking and sealing.
• Door hardware and door jamb work; ceiling tile replacement.
• Minor carpentry and plumbing fixture adjustments.
• Minor electrical fixture replacement within licensed capability.
• Supervise external contractors for specialized services.
• Routine building upkeep tasks.
