Join us as a General Maintenance Tech II FT Seasonal at Holiday Inn Club Vacations

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance and repairs across various areas including plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, granite, and appliance servicing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in related fields and be familiar with safety procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance involving ceramic tiles, painting, wallboard systems, carpentry, cabinetry, laminates, and granite.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including repairs and preparation of guest villas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience or vocational training.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience; driving record must meet company standards.
• Preferred certifications include HVAC and EPA.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform skilled work in finish/trim-out construction.
• Specializations in drywall finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and laminate repair.
• High-quality skills in painting, tile repair, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete maintenance documentation.
