Job Title: General Maintenance - Plumber/Pipefitter
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Maintenance/Grounds Supervisor
Hours: 8hrs/day
Pay: $25.03/hr
Effective: ASAP
Job Summary: Performs a variety of responsibilities related to the preventative maintenance, repair, fabrication, general maintenance, installation, inspection, service, and operation associated with being a plumber/pipefitter while ensuring compliance to state regulations. Remains available to respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis; responds to emergencies to minimize and/or eliminate the need for school closures due to mechanical failure. Performs maintenance and service in other trade areas such as Electrical, Carpentry, Roofing, HVAC, and Boiler repair. Performs snow plowing activities as needed.
