This position is classified as General Maintenance I (GM I) for applicants without a trades license. Applicants holding a valid Electrician trades license will be considered for the General Maintenance II (GM II) level. This position performs a wide range of skilled maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC . The practices preventive maintenance of tools and equipment and follows federal regulations governing safety, environmental protection, hazardous waste disposal, and the use of chemicals and materials common to facilities maintenance or construction. Certifications: Valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or GED . Electricians Trades License preferred.
