The General Maintenance I role is a crucial position in the Maintenance department. Duties include performing all necessary maintenance projects on site while keeping records and inventory.

Job Responsibilities

1. Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records.
2. Responds to emergency repair/maintenance situations as required.
3. Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintains and accounts for tools used.
4. Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.

Qualifications

1. HVAC Certification preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
4. Some driving required using personal vehicle between the 3 sites; mileage is reimbursed when it exceeds your normal commute.
5. HVAC troubleshooting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
