The General Maintenance I role is a crucial position in the Maintenance department. Duties include performing all necessary maintenance projects on-site while keeping records and inventory.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records.
2. Responds to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as required.
3. Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintains and accounts for tools used.
4. Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.

**Qualifications**

• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Some driving required using your personal vehicle between the 3 sites; mileage is reimbursed when it exceeds your normal commute.
• HVAC troubleshooting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills.

This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
