Summary

A General Maintenance Engineer II will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-the-house areas. Qualifications

Essential

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Working knowledge of power tools and related equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electro-mechanical systems
• Willingness to take initiative and problem-solve innovatively
• Knowledge of electricity and plumbing
• Knowledge of pool and spa equipment care
• Ability to work well with others and independently

Desirable

• 3 years of maintenance experience in a hotel, building, or commercial setting, or equivalent trade experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems

This position offers a pay rate of $25.00/hour.
