The Hilton Anatole team is seeking a General Maintenance Engineer to join our team!

This iconic 1600-room property spans 35 acres just north of downtown Dallas.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of general maintenance and electrical systems, a passion for career growth in engineering, the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, reliability, and strong customer service skills. A formal HVAC certification is a plus!

This is a full-time position requiring availability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical functionality and safety of the hotel facilities, contributing to outstanding guest service and profitability. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest calls and team member work orders to repair machinery and equipment
• Performing repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry tasks
• Conducting inspections for preventive maintenance needs
• Documenting repairs and reporting items needing further attention
