Job Duties

1. Maintain building and property by performing routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities.
2. Replace HVAC and smoke eater filters.
3. Notify management concerning repairs needed.
4. Remove snow, ice, and debris from facility entrances and walkways.
5. Maintain exterior grounds and parking lot.
6. Keep floors clean.
7. Communicate inventory supply status to management.
8. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
9. Report security, environmental, health, safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
11. Promote superior guest service.

Minimum Qualifications
