Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred.
• Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in guest rooms and meeting spaces.
• Conduct maintenance on kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Summary

The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on:

• Guest rooms
• Meeting space
• Front of house areas
• Back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems)
• Major equipment & systems using a Windows based computer system
