Summary
The Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, lightbulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standard.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters.
• Respond courteously to all guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform various repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry.
• Conduct inspections for preventative maintenance needs.
• Record and report completed repairs and items requiring further attention.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance assignments.
• All other tasks and duties as assigned.
