What will I be doing?

As an Engineer, your responsibilities include maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Specific duties include:

• Maintaining the safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest calls and work orders from team members to repair machinery and equipment
• Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry
• Conducting inspections for preventive maintenance needs
• Documenting completed repairs and reporting items needing further attention
