Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a maintenance technician to respond to repair requests and address general maintenance needs across the property. You will log requests, handle situations such as plumbing fixes, wall repairs, and lightbulb replacements, and ensure safe storage of tools.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in engineering/maintenance, with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general engineering and maintenance experience required.
• Hospitality experience desired.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions.

• Respond to and attend to repair requests and fix maintenance issues such as plumbing and holes in walls.
• Maintain a log of maintenance requests and completions.
• Ensure proper and safe storage of maintenance tools.

Job Description

Respond to and attend to repair requests and fix general maintenance issues such as plumbing, holes in walls, lightbulb replacements, among many others. Maintain a log of maintenance requests and completions and ensure proper and safe storage of maintenance tools.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of general engineering and maintenance experience required
• Hospitality experience desired
• Must be able to lift, carry and move 50 pounds. Able to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time and be able to move about the property.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Varied scheduling to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
