This position involves setting up and operating various conventional machine tools as detailed in the responsibilities section.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Set up and operate all types of conventional machine equipment such as manual lathes, broaches, drill presses, and saws.
  2. Ensure parts are formed to precise tolerances.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
  4. Load, unload, and monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and finished parts quality.
  5. Check parts periodically during operations to verify conformance to specifications using prescribed measuring devices.
  6. Assist in maintaining and servicing equipment as directed.
  7. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  8. May train other employees and assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years related experience/training; or an equivalent combination.
  2. Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Work arrangement: Onsite.
