CentroMotion, including Carlisle Brake & Friction, is seeking a General Machine Operator in Medina, Ohio. The role involves operating mechanical or automated machinery for brake, clutch and transmission product production across 1st-3rd shifts, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 1+ years in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform operations in a safe manner.
• Review equipment at start of shift to ensure proper working order.
• Ensure materials are ready and notify supervision of shortages.
• Adjust equipment parameters as stated in the router.
• Operate equipment as stated in the router.
• Perform quality checks per control plan.
• Maintain and clean equipment before and after each shift.
• Complete operator-specific preventative maintenance procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
