Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign-on bonus
• Production Starting Rates: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with a top out in 12 months
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• Shift timings:
• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm (work 35 hrs, get paid for 40 hrs, PLUS 5% shift premium)
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am (10% shift premium)

Job Description

Sets up and operates production machines according to established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to meet specifications and deadlines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. May require completion of apprenticeship or formal training with 0-2 years of experience in the field or related area. Works under supervision, following instructions and pre-established guidelines. Reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader.
