We are looking for a General Machine Operator to oversee general machine production and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Position Overview:As the General Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating specified machines as directed, taking precise part measurements, reading and interpreting production orders, and ensuring all tasks are completed ahead of schedule. Machine operators hold a crucial role within the plant, requiring close communication with the shipping, paint, and production managers to coordinate efforts and maintain a smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment to produce steel parts with precision.
• Take accurate measurements of produced parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances.
• Read and interpret production orders and specifications.
