Job summary

Morgan & Morgan’s Nashville office is seeking a pre-suit attorney to manage day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and draft pre-litigation documents. This role supports a growing practice focused on personal injury matters.

You will oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages while leading a team of 6-10 Case Managers, with a focus on premises liability. This position requires strong organizational and client-service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
