Duties:

1. Manage and oversee general liability cases from start to finish.
2. Maintain and develop client and carrier relationships.
3. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal solutions.
4. Meet a billable hours requirement of 1800 hours per year.
5. Participate in firm leadership and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction.
6. Provide mentorship to junior attorneys.
7. Represent the firm in various legal proceedings and conferences.

Requirements:

• Partner-level experience in general liability law.
• Proven ability to manage case files and client relationships independently.
• Experience in litigation and legal strategy.
• Excellent references and a stable work history.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required).
