Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing Scranton practice. The Trial Attorney will handle a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial in a firm known for its consumer-rights focus.

Qualified candidates will have a law degree, active state bar admission, and 3+ years of personal injury experience, with strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Scranton. The Trial Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases.

Responsibilities
