Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in general liability, personal injury, or related fields preferred.
• Drafting discovery and pretrial motions experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue substantive motions and pleadings.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
• Manage all aspects of written discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
• Develop litigation strategies with senior attorneys.
• Provide clear case assessments and updates to clients.
• Assist with trial preparation and direct collaboration.
