The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation experience, defense or GL exposure, and an ability to manage files, conduct site inspections, depositions, and motions. Hybrid working in Boca Raton with competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Associates with 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Lawyers with defense or GL experience, or strong litigators keen to focus on it.

Responsibilities

• Premises liability, negligent security, products and general negligence claims
• Your own files from first notice to resolution
• Site inspections, witness interviews and early investigation
• Written discovery and strategy reports to carriers
• Taking depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
• Arguing motions and handling hearings
• Mediations and trial preparation, with courtroom involvement as cases are tried
