• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda addressing substantive and procedural issues.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and other members of the litigation team.
• Attend court conferences, hearings, and other litigation-related proceedings.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
