Legal Search Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Liability Defense Litigation Attorney in West Palm Beach, FL for a full-time role. You will manage all aspects of defense cases, draft motions, attend hearings, conduct depositions, and support trial preparation while teaming with clients, associates and partners to deliver results.

The ideal candidate has a JD, Florida Bar membership, strong research and advocacy skills, and experience in civil defense litigation or general liability.

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor degree and Florida Bar membership.
• Proficiency in drafting and filing motions and legal documents.
• Experience with court procedures including hearings and negotiations.
• Proven ability to conduct trials and represent clients.
• Hands-on deposition experience including witness preparation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Civil defense/general liability litigation experience preferred.
