Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its New York office focusing on general liability defense. The role offers ownership of cases, mentorship, and exposure to high-stakes matters within a collaborative national team.

The ideal candidate will have an active New York license and 1+ year of civil litigation experience, with strong writing and advocacy skills. Hybrid work is available, with potential for fully-remote consideration.

Competenze

• Active license to practice law in New York.
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience, ideally with a focus on general liability defense.
• Strong litigation skills: pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and client reporting.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Dual licensure in another jurisdiction is a bonus (CT preferred).
