The ideal candidate has a high school or higher degree, 2+ years of liability claim experience, and familiarity with Claim Management Systems. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• NC license preferred; if not licensed, must obtain NC license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general liability claims quickly and fairly.
• Provide prompt service to customers with potential claims.
• Conduct liability investigations and make determinations per state law.
