Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Michigan.
• 6+ years of general liability experience, including premises liability, trucking and transportation.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with legal project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.
• Regularly appear in court and take depositions.
• Proactively communicate with clients with regular status updates.
• Contribute to legal strategy and case development aligned with client goals.
