Our client is an AV rated law firm in California law firm with a strong track record of success in civil litigation defense. The firm is seeking a motivated and skilled General Liability Attorney to join its team in Agoura Hills.

Responsibilities

Handle a caseload of general liability matters from inception through resolution.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Meet 1800-1900 billable hour expectations.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
2–5 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on general liability.
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
