Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling general liability / civil litigation matters.
• California Bar admission in good standing; ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general liability and civil litigation matters.
• Handle cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
