Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a driven attorney to join our General Liability practice in Tallahassee. The attorney will defend businesses and individuals across a broad range of tort matters, from premises to products liability.

Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, attending hearings and trials, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and communicating with clients and experts.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.

• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients
