You will manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and appear at depositions and court hearings while coordinating with senior attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New York State Bar admission in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in general liability/insurance defense.
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure and tort law.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
