Job summary

Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced Transportation Litigation Attorney for a premier AM Law 100 firm renowned for high-stakes defense in transportation and logistics. The role covers motor vehicle and supply-chain matters, including catastrophic loss cases and trucking accidents.

The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, conduct depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation, and coordinate with national clients such as retailers and logistics

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• TX Bar admission is required.
• 4+ years of defense litigation experience in transportation/trucking or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and motor vehicle liability cases from inception through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct accident investigations and develop liability and damages strategies.
• Work closely with national clients including retailers, logistics providers, and fleet operators.
• Provide timely case updates and strategic recommendations to clients and carriers.
