BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Attorney - General Liability Associate for our Albany, NY office. The role supports major national and regional clients in civil litigation, focusing on general liability, product liability, and insurance defense.

You will take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. A New York license to practice and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Licensed to practice in New York.
• Experience in product liability, general liability and/or insurance defense preferred.
