Career Developers Inc. in New Jersey seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our collaborative team in a hybrid role in Madison. The position handles complex litigation with sophisticated clients and requires strong courtroom and writing skills.

You will manage a full caseload from start to finish, coordinate with Partners, appear in court, and report progress to clients. NJ bar admission required; NY admission a plus; 2 years of insurance defense experience preferred.

• Admission in New York is a plus.
• 2 years of experience with insurance defense litigation (general liability or personal injury defense, product liability defense or construction defense)
• Some experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery, and depositions preferred
• Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
• Superior written and oral communication skills

Location: hybrid schedule in Madison, New Jersey

Salary: $130K - $190K Base Salary

Must-Haves:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey
• Admission in New York is a plus
