Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to handle GL accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting support across multiple entities and locations. The role requires strong analytical skills and GAAP expertise.

You will prepare balance sheet reconciliations, perform reconciliations across subledgers, and assist with intercompany entries while supporting audits and timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close and account reconciliation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Multi-entity or multi-site/state experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP required; federal contracting experience preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze financial information, research issues, and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
