Job summary

Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a General Laborer/Packer in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. The role includes final assembly, packing parts for shipping, and supporting production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will be reliable, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg), thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Ability to meet quota and standards by performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
• Assist and provide support to press operators with set up procedures
• Ensure blanks are laying properly in the die while hot stamp press is running
• Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics departments
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within work area
• Other duties assigned by the management team
