Job Type: Full-time; 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday

Job Overview: As a General Laborer you will be responsible for the following:

• You will be cross-trained on various functions in different departments as required to support the overall success of Weller Metalworks
• You will be moving, bending, reaching in a fairly quick paced environment so the ability to switch gears and think on your feet is a plus.
• You will receive an industry competitive wage and benefit package including vacation, holiday/sick time, health/dental/vision insurance, bonuses, and a 401K plan.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Previous general labor experience a must
• Must be able to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environment
• Eager to bring your skillset into an advanced manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with hand tools; such as grinders, sanders and drills would be a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload, must be able to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for the duration of a work shift.
• Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk.
• Forklift experience a plus but not mandatory
