Job summary

LPC Personnel, Inc is seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily operations and maintain a safe, organized work environment at our Houston location. This role suits individuals who enjoy physical work, pay attention to detail, and take pride in contributing to a team.

You will assist with cleaning, material handling, and basic shop tasks, while supporting the warehouse with shipping/receiving and local logistics. Overtime and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general labor or maintenance role.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness through regular sweeping, mopping, and debris removal.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supporting specialized departments with part preparation.
• Execute basic facility upkeep and handyman tasks as needed to keep the shop in top shape.
• Help with company functions, including moving furniture and cleaning equipment.
• Support the warehouse department with shipping and receiving tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with local logistics as required.
• Uphold strict safety standards by keeping a clear, organized workspace and following all compliance rules.
