Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a General Laborer, Warehouse (Early Morning) in McAllen, TX to handle product, materials and equipment, maintain an orderly work area, and support warehouse operations in accordance with safety and sanitation requirements.

Starting pay ranges from $16.49 to $19.41 per hour, based on experience, with additional earnings opportunities such as performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of general work experience.
• Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial power equipment.
• Restock and replenish as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.
• Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday / 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Every 3rd Satuday rotation / 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

General Purpose

Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment. Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate industrial power equipment.
• Restock and replenish as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
