Job Description:

General Laborer / Utility – Baltimore, OH

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift (must be able to work 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, switching every 2 weeks) schedule (2-2-3). Scheduled to work half the year

Pay: $25.20 per hour

Earn up to $55,000+ per year!

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, vacation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations teams with daily tasks, including packaging products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specifications and transporting to on-site warehouses.
  • Transport raw materials such as baled corrugated for recycling in our Paper Manufacturing Process.
  • Spend approximately 40% of time operating a hand-controlled Bobcat; the rest on general cleanup and training for higher-paying positions.
  • Bobcat experience is not required but advantageous.
  • Receive job-specific training on the safe operation of Powered Industrial Trucks.
  • Operate routine production machinery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Ability to interpret job specifications and learn production equipment quickly.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $26.30 per hour. The typical starting wage for new hires is around $25.20. Offers may vary based on market data and individual qualifications. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive.
