Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking General Production team members to support our processing lines across facilities in the United States. The role focuses on safe handling of meat products, accurate production, and teamwork to meet quality standards.

You will work on a production line, with hand tools and machinery, in a physically demanding environment. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans; prior experience is not required but reliability and safety are essential.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Able to work in cold/warm environments and around meat processing.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

These positions can be physically demanding and require good hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Production team members must be able to work their scheduled shift and may be required to work overtime depending on production demands.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
